Our Story
The Idea (2022)
Stafio.ai was born when our founder experienced the broken recruitment process firsthand while scaling a tech team. After reviewing hundreds of resumes and conducting countless interviews that yielded poor results, she recognized the opportunity for AI to transform hiring.
Initial Development (2022-2023)
We assembled a team of AI researchers, HR professionals, and software engineers to build the first version of Stafio.ai. After months of development, we launched our initial assessment platform focused on technical roles.
Seed Funding (2023)
After proving our concept with early adopters, we secured $4M in seed funding to expand our platform. This allowed us to build out our AI capabilities and add workflow automation features for end-to-end recruitment management.
Today
Stafio.ai now serves hundreds of companies worldwide, from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Our platform processes thousands of candidates daily, reducing time-to-hire by an average of 70% while improving the quality of hires and candidate experience.

Onur Kirazci
CEO & Founder
Onur is a global technology executive and an Entrepreneur based in Dubai, UAE with over 25 years of experience. He holds board advisory roles, leads Insead UAE Tech Club and is an LBS Alumn. Onur specializes in leadership, building and managing executive level relationships while leveraging his extensive experience in technology transformations.
Mehmet Geveci
Co Founder and CFO
Mehmet is a result driven finance professional with strong commercial and operational experience developed through senior positions in multinational companies operating in EMEA.
Malte Geierhos
Co Founder and CTO
Malte is a seasoned IT services and consulting professional, boasting over two decades of extensive experience. His expertise encompasses IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, and service management.
Khaled Beshir
Co Founder and CBO
Khaled is an accomplished Leader with 35 years of experience with assignments in EMEA, India, Japan, Korea, China and Thailand. Khaled holds an MS in Engineering Management from University of California Berkeley.
